Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Free standard shipping applies to U.S. orders over $85; all other orders are charged actual carrier rates at checkout.
Unused pens in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inked or altered nibs are eligible for exchange, not refund, under our nib-fit guarantee described on the About page.
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate colors and specifications, but manufacturer variations may occur. Contact us before ordering if exact color matching is critical to your purchase.
